The interior is carefully designed with a very good feeling for style, colour and materials showing in many decorative elements such as beautiful paintings, foto’s sculptures and other art Total tranquility, beautiful views in a well preserved area, in the woods around the house you will find many types of mushrooms such as porcini and black trumpet but also truffles and a lot of different herbs are growing in the wild. And that’s not even all there are also wild boars, porcupines, deer and pheasants. From here one can walk for hours without crossing a road, immersed in the famous Umbrian green hills. No need to say that you can see far from here and what you see can keep you dreaming during your stay (and beyond). So this is the place to be when you are looking for an Umbrian nature holiday.

It’s a 15 minutes drive to Fabro where you can find goods shops and supermarkets. Fabro is situated on the A1 also known as Autostrada del Sole. Because of this central position one can make interesting daytrips to the famous cities of Rome, Florence, Siena, Orvieto and Perugia. but to get the real Italian feeling you can discover the many beautiful little villages and smaller towns in the direct neighbourhood for example Panicale, Chiusi, Citta della Pieve and many more.

Your hostess Adje Middelbeek is a very passionate chef, before she moved to Italy she was the owner of “Kunsthuis Interlokaal” a B&B combined with gallery and sculpturegarden. At that time she was notorious for her three-course breakfasts and she wrote with Enne Koens in 2004 the book “The Art of having Breakfast” a cookbook with breakfast recipes, poems and short stories of a chef. Even here in Italy she will cook with love a three-course breakfast or dinner for you.
