Your hostess Adje Middelbeek is a very passionate chef, before she moved to Italy she was the owner of “Kunsthuis Interlokaal” a B&B combined with gallery and sculpturegarden. At that time she was notorious for her three-course breakfasts and she wrote with Enne Koens in 2004 the book “The Art of having Breakfast” a cookbook with breakfast recipes, poems and short stories of a chef.
